The support offered extends past covering content. In addition to reinforcing their understanding of course content, students taking PAT Prep sessions work on practice exams and test-taking strategies, all while building confidence as they go!

Whether it's due to getting sick or running into a last-minute change of plans, Brain Gains Tutoring totally understands that life happens!
However, weekly session windows are reserved for each student, and last-minute cancellations can make it difficult to allocate that time to another student who may also need help. To keep things equitable for all, the following rules apply*:
24+ hours notice: Sessions may be cancelled, re-scheduled or adjusted completely free of charge.
12 to 24 hours notice: Cancellations within this window will result in 75% of the session fee being charged.
Less than 12 hours notice / no-show: The full session fee will be charged.
Mid-Session Cancellations / Early Departures: If a session is ended early by a student or the parent / guardian, the full session fee still applies.
*Any outstanding balances due to cancellation(s) and/or missed payment(s) must be paid in full before additional sessions may be scheduled.
